Nothing, they never answered me. The experience was horrible. It's disappointing that this type of accommodation appears on Booking; if they don't control reservations made from the platform, they shouldn't be there, period. The fact that nobody opened the door or waited for you even after you notified that you would arrive late is quite frustrating. On top of that, you have to drive an extra hour to be able to stay and then get up at 3:30 am the next day to return to the area, which is not pleasant at all. I would not recommend this place at all; the people lack seriousness.
