The staff were amazing—special shout‑out to Ariffin, Linda, Suren, and John for making me feel looked after and special. The location and price were also great.

The hotel is solid and the location is great in the KL CBD.
The staff are really helpful and very kind. The room was pleasant and spacious. The pool was also nice and the hours were good.

I liked the spot right next to the KL Tower and ECO Park, and it’s only a short walk to the Petronas Towers. The rooftop pool was nice, and towels were supplied. We didn’t hit the gym, but it seemed fine. The suite was huge, though it could use a refresh—just a few small things that need a touch of TLC.
