The rooms were tidy and the conditions were fine, but the morning shift had a lot of noise from the staff opening doors, and they didn’t consider that we were guests.

The welcome was friendly, but the room was very hot and the air conditioner didn’t work. Bathroom hygiene could be improved, and the external breakfast service was terrible.

The staff were good, but the heating didn’t work even though we needed it because we had a small child.

The apartment looked stunning, and the double bed was incredibly comfortable. The host was very understanding, showing us how to get there and how to access the key. We’ll definitely come back 😁
