The location was convenient for shops, pharmacy, supermarket. The building was very old and the facilities were of medium quality.
The service was excellent. The beds were good and the breakfast was tasty.
The kitchen and reception staff were polite. When we arrived there were cockroaches in the room and a musty smell. I had a reservation made through booking and another by phone; the staff got the bookings mixed up and didn’t charge us, which led to charges after we left. We had 0ego 2 nights, but because of the hotel conditions and the noise from a convenience store in front, we left early, it was impossible to stay.
The response was quick via booking. The bathroom lacked privacy (direct view into the neighboring room’s bathroom) and there was dirt on the walls.
