Private beach, pool with hydromassage, and a health club featuring sauna, Turkish bath, salt room, gym, and hot tub enhance the stay. Elegant rooms offer wooden or carpeted floors, balconies overlooking lake or mountains, flat‑screen TV, minibar, and private bathroom. The on‑site restaurant serves Italian cuisine with a terrace overlooking the Borromean Islands.

The staff were friendly, always cheerful and proactive, making it feel like home after several visits; the lakefront location is gorgeous, letting you choose between swimming in your own pool or diving into the lake from your private pier. Deck chairs and towels were provided, and the underground parking beneath the hotel was pleasant, with the dog also welcomed and given a toy by the front desk staff. The restaurant served good quality dinner and breakfast, and although the room rates were not cheap, they were more than worth it. The only drawback was that the deck chairs by the lake were short for a tall Northern European and the backrest was not stylish enough for easy reading, but that's all.

The bathroom lacked a shower, only a bathtub, which would have been more convenient and comfortable.

The location is great, breakfast is superb, the room is lovely, and the staff are very friendly.

This hotel is among the most romantic I've seen, ideal for a trip with my wife. The beach on the lake is stunning and impeccably clean. We hope to return soon.
