住客对酒店各方面的评价。
The price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent, and because the price was so low you shouldn’t expect too much comfort. The hotel operators were very nice, but they weren’t present due to the lack of a breakfast service, though they were always reachable by phone for questions. The price‑to‑quality ratio was very good. It was only a half‑hour drive to Messe Stuttgart.

I booked this last minute on the way back to the UK from Italy; about 20 minutes after booking a staff member called to confirm my arrival time and explained how to get the keys from a lock box—much better than an email. The room had no air conditioning and no fan, which is almost a necessity.

I couldn’t find anything to comment on, either good or bad.

The staff were very thoughtful and friendly; the advertised fridge had to be requested first. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all, but the fridge eventually appeared.

A top‑rated hotel right in the heart of the city, parking is hassle‑free, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
