The staff consistently went above and beyond, and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. No issues.

The location was great. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, and I missed having a couch like at other hotels instead of just a chair.

The whole room, including pillows and sheets, felt damp. There was hair in the bathtub and the fridge had fingerprints all over it.

Everyone was kind and helpful, and I slept soundly and felt safe with my grandkids. The only thing I’d like is a breakfast service.
