The front desk lady was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the evening food and breakfast were both good. I chose the room because they have a swimming pool, but it was closed due to a new water filtration system and they were waiting for the inspector’s approval; I was disappointed because nothing was mentioned that it was closed.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast included a pancake machine. However, the shampoo wasn’t replenished, and there was a glass of soda with a straw from the previous guest between the nightstand and the bed. The breakfast selection was very limited. The entrance was confusing and got mixed up with the neighboring Best Western; we actually checked into the wrong hotel.
