The couple running the place went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They nailed the vegan menu we asked for, and were super flexible about our early arrival. The house is kept in tip‑top shape, the rooms are spacious with comfy beds and plenty of storage, even a separate rack for ski boots. The sauna runs every day, perfect after a long day on the slopes. One of the lifts to Grosseck‑Speiereck is just a five‑minute walk, and several other ski areas are a short drive away.

Breakfast and dinner were fantastic—big thanks to the chef! The whole team was friendly and ready to help whenever we needed. The owners were also very welcoming. We had an amazing stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. However, the value for money didn't quite match up. Breakfast was very basic and lacked variety, and the sauna area felt cramped with no quiet zone.

The hotel has a cozy, family‑style vibe. Our room was clean and practical, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of parking spots. We arrived early to make the most of the ski day and were greeted warmly, even getting our luggage carried up to the second floor by the owner. English was the main language spoken, but the owner spoke some German and understood us well. They were very helpful with all our questions and requests.
