The location and overall facilities are good, and you can stroll calmly around the area. We had a few bathroom issues, but they promised to fix them. The hotel is highly recommended and we’ll definitely book again in the future.

The central location is fine and the breakfast is okay. The rooms are very noisy, there’s no hair dryer in the rooms, you have to ask for one, and there isn’t one at reception either.

The location is great for tourists, right next to the main attractions, and every area is clean and tidy. The room comfortably fits two people, the bed is large and cozy, and the reception team—especially Mr. Gustavo from booking to checkout—was always helpful, friendly, and ready to give travel tips, bar and restaurant recommendations, and other conveniences. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety and quality.

The spot is really convenient, and being able to drop off luggage after check‑out is a huge help for those with later flights, letting you enjoy the day with your bags safely stored. The staff are very friendly and polite. However, the fridge‑bar items are ridiculously pricey, check‑in could start earlier, and the bathrooms could use a modern makeover.

The location is great and the reception staff are helpful, especially Gustavo who was always ready to make our trip enjoyable. The suite’s cleanliness sometimes fell short, with no trash removal or paper replenishment. The hotel shower was the most dreadful surprise—water took forever to heat, the flow was minimal, it stayed cold during my stay, and the showers were torturous, with the water often cutting out until it restarted.
