The staff were unprofessional and the experience was terrible, making it the worst waste of money I’ve ever had.

The location was fine, but everything else was lacking.

The exterior looked okay at first, but the room and bathroom were filthy, the AC barely worked, and every morning the power was cut off, making it unbearable in Chennai’s heat; the entrance was flooded with drainage water and the staff behaved poorly.

The room was dirty, unfinished patchwork was visible, and it had a bad smell.
