“Frustração”

The location was good, but the cleanliness and facilities were lacking; the old corridors showed no maintenance, and when it got dark the room filled with termites, even damaging the door views. Room service was slow. My husband is diabetic and cannot drink the sweet juices at breakfast, so I asked for a natural juice, but the attendant said she needed to speak to the manager. We finished breakfast and the juice never arrived; a staff member later came and made it, which felt disastrous. The request for a natural juice was a health issue, yet she said we would have to pay extra. The coffee was mediocre to below average.

The location was fantastic, I felt very safe and it was easy to get around. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the gym was also very nice for a hotel.

The atmosphere was amazing, the room was large and very clean, the breakfast was incredible, and I recommend it.

“Boa localização, pessoal muito gentil e quarto de conforto mediano, sem personalidade.”

The staff were very kind and attentive, from reception to the restaurant, and the room and bathroom were very clean. The upper room (701) had average comfort and a cold view, looking like a hospital room. The noise level was high (the fridge was loud and outside noise). The blackout curtains were old and ineffective.
