The location is good, but the reception service was poor; they didn’t seem to notice when guests arrived.

It was convenient for restaurants, but there was no customer service—waiting in the lobby felt endless, the parking lot was crowded, and the fire alarm rang at about 7 or 8 for 30 minutes, ruining my sleep.

There was no staff to check me in, and people on the premises appeared to be high on drugs, with men walking around shirtless.
