The property entered my room without my permission and moved all of my belongings without prior consent. They stated it was due to an urgent maintenance issue, however this does not justify the lack of communication or respect for guest property. During this process, my suitcase was damaged and permanently stained. Despite acknowledging the situation, they refused to provide proper compensation and instead tried to offer a room upgrade, which I did not accept as it does not replace damaged personal property. Communication was also very poor as my messages were ignored. I felt my privacy and belongings were not respected. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and responsibility. The location on Nathan Road is absolutely insane; the housekeeper was super clean and friendly, I felt very safe and the place was very quiet; the room had great air conditioning and a mini fridge, which I appreciated, and the shower was great; the rooms were very basic and small, but that’s to be expected in Hong Kong, and you can’t complain about the value for money at this place.

The price‑to‑value ratio is good for Hong Kong, the rooms stay clean and are serviced daily, and the spot is perfect with easy MRT access. However, the rooms are very small and there was a faint cigarette odor coming through the vent—probably from another unit, but it vanished as soon as the AC was turned on.
