The location was good, but the place didn’t look like the photos at all; on the pictures everything looks clean, yet in reality it’s barely holding together.

I had an average experience; nothing particularly good or bad.

They kindly walked me through the check‑in steps via message, which was appreciated.

There was no positive aspect. The worst imaginable: on the night of arrival, key details were only sent to my PC, not my phone, so I couldn't get any info. I couldn't call or message anyone, and I only managed to get in after knocking on the door. I had no idea where to stay, and on that rainy night I was left stranded on the street.

The place was very cheap and I only needed a bed for a quick stay, which it provided. The facilities looked clean; the shower and sinks seemed new, though two sink handles were broken. Free towels were a nice touch. There was a small area where you could sit, eat, or use a laptop. The hot and cold water ran out by morning, and the towels were already low when I left. I never saw any staff. The bed felt hard for my taste, and the counter where you can eat while looking out the window was crowded. If you need to open a suitcase, you’ll likely be in someone’s way.
