“Très bon”
The furniture was of good quality.

It was very pleasant, most of my wishes were fulfilled. They gave me a VIP room with a balcony as a welcome. The hotel manager, Mr. Dat, was very professional and helpful, attentive, and spoke good English. Overall, I’m satisfied and will definitely return. Special thanks to Mr. Dat and all the staff at Hanoi International Hotel. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy in the evening because of cars.
The bathroom and the staff’s treatment were positive. The carpet was negative.
