“много добро място”
The location in the city centre was great, the staff were polite, the breakfast was very good, and the rooms were clean and tidy. A minor issue was that some bathroom facilities weren’t functioning properly.

The location is good. There is no fridge in the room. The common areas need renovation.

The hotel was located right in the center, on a square where a festival for the day of the rose was held, with a nice promenade. The hotel itself was old and heavily worn out. The room was not very clean and had a distinct odor. The bathroom was awful. The hotel restaurant was not available to guests (the event was closed). Parking in front of the hotel was very small and expensive.

I struggled to find any positives, but I have to admit the pool area on the lower floor, the spa, was a nice point that I appreciated. The pool area was calm and relaxing. I started with the poor reception: after a 2‑hour drive in 35 °C, the parking attendant surrounded my car and tried to tell me in his own way that I had to pay for parking. He didn’t speak English, so I felt pressured and misunderstood. I told him I would pay at reception, but he insisted I pay cash directly into his pocket. The receptionist defended him and confirmed that I indeed had to budget an extra 10 € for parking with my room. So far I could still understand the hotel policy. Then I discovered the room and that was a cold shower. Nothing was working, starting with the air‑conditioner. I was received and the receptionist did not offer me another room even though I told her the TV didn’t work. I had not yet realized the air‑conditioner was broken when I went downstairs. Basically they offered me a poorly equipped room. And to top it off, the main lamp in the living room, a neon light, didn’t work either. I had to turn on the bathroom light for illumination. I rarely complain, but in my experience, the chain of issues made me not want to stay a minute longer at this hotel. It’s a shame, it has potential. You can do better, I’m sure.

The city center. I paid a huge amount for a dirty room compared to past trips.
