“Fantastic hotel”
This hotel was fantastic! The location is great, the hotel is very clean, and it’s very quiet even though it’s near Shibuya station. The room was well sized – we had a king with a sofa, kitchenette, and full bathroom.

The location is superb and the room space is big for a family, with a kitchen that includes everything you need.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, the apartment was well equipped and larger than expected. The pool was lovely and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was quiet. The gym could be bigger but that’s not a deal breaker.

The location, cleanliness, toilets, daily water bottle deliveries to the room, and laundry were all good. There was no space to hang wet towels.
