The spot was great, the room was spotlessly clean and really cozy, and everyone was super friendly. I did wish there was a bottle‑filling station; we had to keep running back to the front desk to buy water, and we ran out of toilet paper, so stocking a few extra items would be nice since they don’t clean daily.

I’ve stayed here three times now and would visit more if it fit my budget; downtown is a plus, the sheets are amazing, the decor and bathroom are lovely, and the courtyard and café add nice touches, but the price is often too high and the elevator is awful—just use the stairs.

Everything we wanted was close by, which was perfect. The only thing that bothered me was a little noisy plumbing that woke me up a couple of times during the night.

The location, the design, and the restaurant were all excellent. I loved everything, but a few small details could be improved: the bathroom door was a barn‑style sliding door that was hard to shut, and the full‑length mirror was behind the door and difficult to reach; a mirror in the room would be better.
