The staff are very kind, polite, and helpful. I felt the accommodation’s facilities could be much better, especially the staircase to the rooms which has gaps that pose a risk for children.

“Razoável”

The breakfast was exceptional, and the reception was warm with attentive staff. However, the accommodation differed from the photos; what shows up during the search is not what you actually book. There are several room options but the descriptions are unclear. I booked “caminho das pedras” and ended up in “Vila Belle”. The shower was very hard to aim, there was a mold smell, and worst of all, rats roamed the ceiling at night. I also had noisy visitors at night. The bright side was that when I complained to management, they responded right away. All in all, it’s a calm place for a night’s stay.

“Sem conforto”

The breakfast was good, but everything else was disappointing: the bed was uncomfortable and I didn’t like the bathroom.

I liked everything, it was very cozy and everything was perfect. There was nothing to complain about.
