The location and the welcome were great, and the staff were charming.
The staff kept everything discreet and the rooms were comfortable.
Breakfast was fine, but the beds were uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise.

The place was quiet and the mattresses were comfortable, yet we stayed in an apartment that clearly lacked maintenance: the wall lamp fell to the floor with a light touch, one of the two air conditioners didn't work, the kitchen was poorly equipped, and the fridge was full of ice so it didn't cool properly.
