The front desk staff were super friendly, and the room was spectacular.
“C’est top”
The secretary’s welcome was good. Nothing else.
“CHINCHES EN LA HABITACION”
The staff were friendly, but there were cockroaches in the room!!! We had to notify the staff and they swapped our room, but we couldn’t sleep at all all night; it’s not normal to find cockroaches in a four‑star hotel.
Good and spacious room. Very clean and the people are great.
“Confortable y muy cómodo.”
The room was very good, large and spacious with a small fridge and microwave. The staff were very friendly. The pool was fine, small but great for a dip in the middle of the city.
