The stay was hassle‑free in a clean, beautiful house with a free mountain view, plus a friendly reception and service. The breakfast is generous and the bike parking is perfect.

The place is super clean, with a covered and video‑surveilled bike parking, a bike path right outside the door, a snack vending machine, friendly staff, and a quiet setting. The sofa‑bed for three people was a bit hard.
The location is ideal for cycling and hiking, and the outlets are easy to reach on bad weather days; the Chiemsee is also within reach. A small fridge in the room would be nice so you could store a few snacks instead of eating out every day.
