The hotel was pleasant, the room comfortable, the location great, the rooftop bar fantastic, and the restaurant good; there was nothing to note.

The room was nice and the staff friendly, but the beds were a bit firm and there wasn’t enough space for luggage; the sliding door to the bathroom was noisy and annoying.

The staff were friendly and the vibe was great; service was good and the location between Koreatown and Times Square was ideal, especially with the useful city bike coupon that made enjoying New York life perfect, but the room lacked a view, which was a bit disappointing.

El personal fue muy amable. Se preocupan todo el tiempo que estés ok. Destaco la ayuda de Anthony en todo momento para que mi estadía sea un 10. El check in es a las 15
