The pool is great, the location is good, the staff are lovely, the breakfast is nice, yet the sheets were stained, the pillows were very dirty and definitely need replacing, they were covered with doona covers and pillow slips but dirty underneath.

The location is good, the people were very friendly, the shower was hot, and it’s a decent place if you’re on a budget, but the first thing we noticed were lizards in the room, which made us feel a little uncomfortable; I think this is because there were a number of cracks in the room, with ill-fitting doors. The room was spacious but lacked a finer polish, the bedding wasn’t exactly clean, and we were both bitten a few times in the night from that bedding.

The people are super nice, very helpful and considerate, it’s located in a lively area with everything within walking distance, but everything is quite dated, and I’ll say it nicely; also the hot water isn’t always available.
