I didn’t eat there; on the second floor there was no fridge or hot water tap.

The mattress was fine, but the unfiltered morning light made it hard to sleep, the curtains let in outside views, and the water glass was never washed.

I was disappointed to discover that the room on the second floor had no handrail because the stairs are very steep.

I didn't like anything about the hotel; the service was terrible and I felt I was wasting money, yet I never actually stayed. I had booked and paid, but never checked in, and I'm not sure if I was scammed or deceived. I'm very disappointed.
