I enjoyed the bedroom and the view from the window, and the staff were very friendly, but they didn't give us a blanket or shower towel, saying it wasn't part of the package; the TV in the room didn't work, so we moved to a suite, which was better than the previous room but the bathroom was very poor—there was no dresser or soap holder.
The hotel's location and parking area were great, and I enjoyed my stay despite a few issues. The room was smaller than expected and didn't match the photos - there was no couch in the room, it was actually in the common area. On the plus side, they provided tea and coffee, although I had to buy milk powder since it wasn't available.
Everything was spotless and tidy, which made for a comfortable stay. No issues to report, just a clean and pleasant experience overall.
