I felt welcomed, treated very well and with a lot of kindness; the owner is very friendly and the receptionist is super kind and extremely helpful. The location is great, even for Glovo deliveries, and I could eat anything, with cutlery and everything offered by the hotel at any time so I could dine in my room calmly. The private parking is just steps from the entrance and there is an elevator so I didn’t have to climb stairs to reach my room.

The location was great. Breakfast was served in a way that wasn’t sustainable and was very hectic. Staff sometimes cleared individual cups and were very uncoordinated. On the second day we were only served sweet items; after 10 minutes we asked for bread and after a few more minutes for more. Spread and eggs were also forgotten, and we didn’t want to ask again. Other tables that came after us were served without any hesitation (we also received the same on the first day). It was really disappointing and gave a strange feeling to watch.

I didn’t realize how superb the location was; it’s quiet, walkable to everything, the breakfast was overwhelmingly delicious, and the staff are very attentive, friendly, and kind. The room was a bit small, but I paid for economy so I understand that.

I stayed in a spacious room with a very comfortable bed and was upgraded to a junior suite; the breakfast was excellent and the location was great, and everything else was fine
