The spot in Greenpoint and the roomy size of my room were great, but being on the first floor near the check‑in desk meant it got noisy at times.

From check‑in onward, the staff were incredibly nice throughout our stay.

The location near Manhattan Ave and the metro was convenient, but on arrival the reception was noisy and the cleaning crew’s shouting in the corridor woke guests, while a strong chemical scent from the cleaning products was overwhelming.
