Aniket welcomed us warmly, and the rooms were ready for a swift check‑in; the pickup and drop‑off service is well arranged since the hotel is only about 3 km from the main Saibaba temple. Nothing else to note.

The food at the on‑site restaurant was fantastic, and the rooms were spacious and spotless, making for a very comfortable overall stay.

The bathroom was subpar, one AC unit wasn’t functioning, the TV wasn’t working, and the price charged felt too high.

The hotel's proximity to the city center was a major plus, making it easy to get around on foot. However, the parking situation was a real letdown - the lot was cramped and poorly lit, with limited spaces available. Despite this, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Overall, the location was a big draw, but the parking issues were a bit of a nuisance.

KB's Grand is a mixed bag, but the standout for us was the restaurant - the food was top-notch and the GM Mohan Kumar went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. He was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, which was a nice touch. The location is also pretty convenient, but the rooms themselves were a bit small and could use some updating. Overall, it's a decent option if you're in the area, but the restaurant is definitely the highlight.
