Excellent location and the exquisite service from Patrizia. The only issue was the cleanliness of the communal access, but that’s part of the unique charm of Naples.

I immediately appreciated the friendly owner, who was ready to help with anything for our comfort. Thanks, Patrizia, for posting our postcards—unfortunately they never arrived. I liked the original room and the ultra‑comfortable bed, the in‑room breakfasts were very generous, the area was lively, and the small restaurant next door was excellent.

The room was large and spacious, and we were let in before the official check‑in time. However, the house had more rooms, but the one I stayed in was completely makeshift: no bed, just a wheeled cot without a headboard. The bathroom was very small, making movement difficult, and there were no holders for soap or shampoo.

A warm welcome, useful tips for the stay, and accommodation of special needs such as an extra bed for one night when a guest arrived late. Daily room cleaning and daily personalized breakfasts on the room were provided. The location is very good, close to the city center and the train station, in an old palazzo full of charm. We felt very comfortable as a family, thank you!
