Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Kokomo South by IHG

Both of us enjoyed the breakfast.

“It was a nice relaxing day and book there again”

The hotel’s spot is easy to find and the breakfast buffet was really nice. The food was great, the rooms were very comfortable, and the beds were super cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly. We stayed in two different rooms; the king‑suite bed was fantastic. The only thing I didn’t like was that the sofa couch wasn’t as comfortable as the rest.

“Left early”

The breakfast was poor, the staff ignored us, the room wasn’t serviced, and the towels were cheap. Even the faucet was positioned so it flooded the counter when we washed our hands, and the bathroom amenities were hard to reach. The staff didn’t smile and ignored guests, there were construction glitches, and the towels were cheap and few.

“Uninterested and unprofessional staff, but stay and hotel was good.”

The location is good, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were great. However, the front‑desk staff were disinterested and unprofessional. We chose this hotel for the pool, but when I asked if it was indoor or outdoor, she said indoor but “not sure if it was open, you’ll have to check.” It turned out to be closed. I asked for a credit the next morning when checking out and she said she’d ask the manager, but I never received a reply or credit. Also, the price was pretty high for the town.
