The gentleman Nello was very kind and hospitable, offering excellent advice on the most beautiful beaches to visit. The rooms were tastefully furnished, with a large private terrace for hanging laundry, and breakfast was served on the terrace. The building sits on the upper part of town, so in the evening it is a bit inconvenient to walk to the local bars. Also, the shower curtain is present and I personally find it unhygienic.

The environment is meticulously cared for. Mr. Nello is courteous and always ready to accommodate guests' requests, proudly sharing the story of Sant'Antioco. Not to mention the excellent homemade organic sweets and preserves made by his wife—truly masterful! Highly recommended for those who appreciate genuine manners and good relationships, and for anyone who isn’t deterred by a ten‑minute walk to the center, even though the return involves a bit of uphill climb (clearly stated in the property description).
