“Niet leuk!”
The front‑desk staff were very friendly, even though they didn’t speak a word of English. The place was dirty, we had three rooms, the beds were full of ants, and the floors were filthy. The hotel looked rundown and was overpriced. At 7 am we were woken up and handed a plate of nasi. There was no toilet paper, and one of the rooms had a bad smell.
“Mengesankan”
The building is aesthetic and easy to reach. Breakfast needs improvement. Cleanliness needs improvement.
“Prachtig hotel met verbeterpunten”
The hotel’s design is gorgeous. It’s clear that everything is still new for the young staff, and unfortunately no one speaks English. A few things, especially service, could be better, like the breakfast where you have no choice and they only serve it exactly at 8 am. The staff were kind and willing to help, though.
