“Soggiorno fantastico in un posto immerso nel verde dell’Irpinia”

Mr. Martone welcomed us wonderfully with his friendliness and availability, making us feel comfortable right away. The Agriturismo Martone is in Alta Irpinia, surrounded by a beautiful landscape and in an ideal spot to reach nearby towns from Rocca San Felice. It has three rooms on the upper floor: two smaller double rooms and a larger one that can sleep three people. Everything is spotless and well‑kept. Waking up to the bells of cows and the bleating of sheep and goats was amazing. Breakfast was excellent and tasty. We didn’t have time to eat lunch or dinner there, but the food would have been just as fantastic, made with love and passion. The menu includes typical rural specialties of Irpinia. The Carmasciano pecorino, made right in those areas, is a must‑try.

Very large and comfortable room. The private on‑site parking is always very convenient. The older finishes are more than compensated by the spacious, quiet setting and the very favorable price‑quality ratio. Nothing to mention.

Typical rural vibe, central location, large and clean room. The owner, Mr. Gerardo, is kind. Unfortunately, with 6 °C outside the room felt cold even though there were two radiators—one in the room and one in the bathroom—but they were located behind the door. The place is best enjoyed in summer.

The place is spacious, but the heating didn’t work properly given the low winter temperatures.
