The hotel and its location are beautiful. The room was wonderful, spacious, and well designed. The staff were sweet and kind. The restaurant was superb and the food was delicious, yet the air conditioning was weak and didn’t cool enough.

The reception staff are super. The location is great. Some rooms are very small and dark and sit very close to a loud unit (ventilation or similar). The breakfast buffet isn’t varied.

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was good. We liked the surroundings of the hotel. The spa was well equipped even if it was a bit hard to understand the rules about footwear and the outdoor area. The room was quiet. We didn’t try the restaurant. While the staff were friendly, we would have liked a more proactive attitude. We had to ask many questions mainly about the room and the staff didn’t actually manage to answer all of them and didn’t come back later (for example, we had to ask how to empty the bathtub and they didn’t know how). Also, there was no room‑service menu in the room and we were asked many times if we were sure instead of being offered to bring us the menu right away. The room has quite a lot of technology but no one came to show us the room and explain it, even though there were two people working at the reception. We can’t be sure we didn’t miss some nice functions we didn’t know about. Also the light from the command boards makes quite a lot of light which can be disturbing for a good night’s sleep. I guess they think everything from arrival to the room is more intuitive than the actual customer experience. We had to ask many questions which was quite annoying. The Finnish sauna in the spa was very dry and showed wear and tear.
