The beds were very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was mediocre, could have been worse, and it wasn’t very expensive.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was superb! I wanted to order sparkling wine at the bar, but the person behind the counter was very indifferent. I had to queue twice because they skipped over me. I finally got help from another customer. Maybe a language barrier 🤔 I speak English. It’s sad because the rest of the staff were very friendly.

I was a bit disappointed that the hotel didn’t inform me that their spa wasn’t fully operational. The jacuzzi was broken and the lamps in the sunroom were out. I had already asked about the spa the day before I arrived. Having used the spa before, I was quite let down that there were things that didn’t work.

“Ok. Men inte mer. Fördelen med bokningen var just Booking.com. Best Western-appen funkade inte med mitt inlogg.”

Room. Parking on the courtyard. Breakfast. The shower was awful! Worthless, cramped, stuck in a corner with a shower curtain and only a working ceiling shower. The wall holder was broken.
