JA Hotel Shinfukae

No elevator. Everything else was very good, but on the 5th floor the luggage was a pain without an elevator.

“コスパ良！”

I was able to check in by myself and go straight into my room without meeting anyone, which was very convenient. The room came with all the usual amenities, and there were free items near the entrance that I could take with me. Since there was no elevator, staying on the first floor turned out to be a relief. However, the walls were thin and I could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring room, just as other guests had mentioned. I didn’t actually meet anyone, but I could hear languages other than English, probably from an Asian couple, and it was clear enough to notice. I was tired, so I went to bed before it became a bother, and it didn’t feel like a nuisance. If that’s a concern, it might be exhausting. Also, the shower curtain had black mold, which was unsettling.

The hotel is close to a cheap supermarket. On the downside, there was no elevator and the toilet was broken.

The cost of the stay was good. I didn’t realize the hotel didn’t have an elevator, and my room ended up on the fifth floor.

“ちょっと残念が重なりました。”

The place felt clean and the amenities were plenty, which I was satisfied with. But there was no elevator, and the walls were thin so I could hear every conversation in the adjacent room. Even though it was a non‑smoking room, the smell of cigarette lingered and I couldn’t keep the window closed easily.
