The staff were super, the room was clean, the windows were sound‑proof, and the bed was comfortable. We also came for the pool, but it was permanently closed; there was no refund or apology, even though this was clearly advertised.

Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, but I would have liked an exercise room.
