Hotel Eden Salò

The location is great, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is excellent, but the walls are paper thin and you can hear people in the next room talking, coughing, and using the toilet, and there is no kettle.

The staff are really nice and sweet, especially the cleaning lady is hilarious, and the location is amazing, but the rooms are old and dark with tiny windows; otherwise everything is fine, and the breakfast is not good except for the desserts.

“Super Tolles Stadthotel mit mega Frühstück”

The hotel is right in the center, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a dream with a rare variety of fresh options, the rooms are very modern, and the roof terrace is great, but the room faced the back of the building and the view was not great, though the roof terrace helped; parking must be paid for or found elsewhere in the city.

“Excellent location, but the hotel needs improvement.”

The highlight of this place is its central position, perfect for strolling around. The parking, however, is a 13‑minute walk away, hard to navigate with luggage, and overall not very accessible. The room’s amenities were inadequate: we booked for two but only one set of toiletries was supplied, and the two tiny shampoo sachets barely covered a hand wash, let alone a full shower. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, leaving me with stiff neck pain in the morning. Breakfast choices were limited and could use more variety. In short, the location is great, but parking, room supplies, and breakfast need attention.
