The pictures were misleading; the place was filthy, the sink was clogged, the bed had odd stains, and the overall vibe felt like a motel. I couldn't stay there. The cleaning was terrible, the sink was clogged, and everything was dirty.

“Nunca mais retorno”

The only thing I liked was the location; the accommodation was quite poor, with old, torn, smelly towels, non‑working room controls, an air‑conditioner without control, a dirty locker area, and staff who couldn’t explain anything about the stay—overall a chaotic experience.

“Boa apesar das pequenas coisas que faltou”

I liked the excellent service from a woman who seemed evangelical, very attentive and polite—great service—but the noise was a problem, as it felt like a motel with loud sounds all night, and the second room was too bright, the bathroom cramped, and the sink clogged; thanks for giving me a chance to speak directly with management, sorry for my complaints.

“Não compensa”

I thought the price was fair, and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. However, the cleaning and facilities were poor: the bathtub was filthy, with crusty soap residue from the jacuzzi, and the air conditioning didn’t work.
