Imagine a former castle turned into a domain of old stone, somewhat off‑the‑beaten‑path yet not too remote, surrounded by vineyards, with four exquisitely renovated guest rooms each with its own character, a stunning pool, and a gourmet breakfast every morning. Add to that the welcome with a big “A” from Anne and Stéphane (and Dali 😉) and you’ll see why we’re so enthusiastic about Domaine de Bôle. We were received not as guests but as friends. We’ll return for all of it. See you soon, Fred, Anne‑Cécile and the kids. Nothing negative, you can imagine it all 🥰

A delightful Continental Breakfast was served in the garden by an exceptionally friendly host, and we enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool after a hot morning exploring the area. The former chateau has been tastefully restored by a super‑friendly couple who have turned their decorating talent into practical reality, and the bathroom featured a superb double shower.
