The location is ideal and the view is nice, though trains are a bit noisy early in the morning.

The hotel is directly connected to Tokyo station, giving views of the old red‑brick station building, and the beds are comfortable; the facilities are excellent, the staff are friendly, and there are restaurants on site.

The breakfast offered a solid variety of dishes and was situated in a pleasant part of the hotel, and the property is within walking distance of the Imperial Palace and close to train links.
