The hotel was shut, I wasn’t informed and still got charged the full price; I showed up to find the gates locked, but the hotel across the street opened and told me we were the fifth group asking for entry, so I had to pay double to secure a new place. Call guests before closing so they don’t scramble for accommodation on arrival.
