I stayed at this hotel and had a truly excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism by the receptionist, who was always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our requests. We had asked for rooms on the upper floors, and our request was kindly accommodated. The hotel has a charming colonial style, is clean, well maintained, and peaceful. It also offers convenient parking and is an excellent base for exploring Valladolid and the surrounding area. A sincere thank you to the entire staff for their warm hospitality. If we return to Valladolid, we will definitely choose this hotel again

The hotel has a good price positioning. It is located 2 km from the center and the main street with all the restaurants and nightlife. It’s a good base for sightseeing. It’s well positioned for tours, but it’s not a true four‑star hotel… don’t expect to stay there all day for enjoyment.

The hotel has excellent facilities that create a comfortable space. The suite we rented was exactly what we expected, practically a two‑area building for us. The bathroom was excellent and the air conditioners worked well. My wife and I loved the living room and the detail that it had a chapel on the side, which we found beautiful. On the downside, the closet is not fitted; it only has a metal rod where you can hang your clothes, and even with two shirts and a pants it collapsed. Also, we traveled in a group and it seemed inappropriate for them to give information about my room to other guests we were traveling with, since the reservation was individual. Finally, the restaurant closes earlier than it promises. I called when there was half an hour left before closing and they refused to serve room service, even though the sign in the room states they will provide service at a specific time.
