Very friendly staff (when I reported a broken dryer I received a replacement immediately, and later the one in the bathroom was replaced). Conveniently close to the train station. The hotel works as a decent base for overnight stays. The area around the hotel is not very appealing. The hotel shows the passage of time; a refresh would help.

Location is great, the station is on the other side of the street, but it was very dirty, even the floor wasn't cleaned.

I spent a fantastic night at Hotel Igea in Brescia and would definitely come back. The spot is super handy, right beside the train and bus stations and near the car‑rental spots, so walking around the city is a breeze. Everything is in the center and easy to reach. The hotel itself was spotless, cozy, and pleasant, and I slept soundly. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. I was especially delighted to be greeted by the hotel’s little poodle, who bonded with Luke and added a warm, personal touch. Free parking in the garage at the train station was another great perk, making arrivals and getting around a lot easier. Because the hotel sits so close to the train and bus stations, the doors lock at night for extra safety, which I appreciated and made me feel secure. I was in Brescia for work, checking out properties for clients, and Hotel Igea is exactly the kind of place I’d recommend because of its central spot, accessibility, cleanliness, comfort, and stellar service. Thanks to the team for making my visit so enjoyable—I really liked my time there and would gladly return.

A solid choice for those who need a single night’s stay before heading out on the train. The room was tidy and had everything you’d expect. The lobby looked a bit under construction, especially the ceiling, which gave me a nervous feeling before I saw the room. The furniture was old or retro, depending on how you look at it. In my case, the room itself was well kept and clean. The breakfast option was arranged the night before with “decide now and it will be 8 euros” or “decide tomorrow morning and it will be 10 euros.” That marketing tactic didn’t really click for me, but it was fine.
