“Ok, big room , poor service 2 star at best”

The room was big and fairly clean, but the staff were unfriendly and a group of young guys ran everything, spraying water many times and once for almost a whole day, so they handed you a big bucket to keep full of water in the bathroom. The electricity went off a few times too. There were no cups, plates, towels, a kettle, or free bottled water. I had to ask for a towel and buy my own cups nearby. I stayed for a long time.

“Worst hotel ever.”

I had a nightmare at Hotel O SGR: the place was filthy and the staff were unprofessional from the start. They tried to trick us into a non‑AC room even though we’d paid for an AC one, insisting we’d booked wrong until we showed the confirmation. Only after a long back‑and‑forth did they admit the error and say the AC room would be ready the next morning. Eventually they handed us a family AC room, but it was in a state that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in days—muddy toilets, bedsheets with blood stains, overall shocking hygiene. My elderly parents suffered a very uncomfortable and stressful stay, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone; it needs serious attention from health and hospitality authorities.

The comfort was great, but the location was not.

“The unclean rooms.”

The location was fine, but the room was dirty and the staff had been sleeping in it before we arrived; the bathroom, sink and commode were not cleaned.
