The location is fine and the staff are friendly and helpful, but the building feels run down; there’s no way to darken the room at night because the paper‑thin white translucent shade lets bright outside lights stream in, so new window shades or curtains would improve it. Also the highway and train noise are just the location’s issue, and the pool appears permanently closed.

The staff were helpful and attentive, always serving with a smile, and the location was spot‑on. However, the rooms and facilities didn’t match the advertised pictures, the pool was too close, and overall the place needs an update or a price adjustment.

Comfortable bed, generally clean except there were bugs in the room. Staff was helpful. Again, there were bugs in the room. Our key didn't work and there was nothing they could do about it. This place has gone downhill over the past 10 years

The views were amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. The ice machine was broken, though they did hand me some ice, and the windows lacked proper shades while bright street lights made the night very bright.
