4.0/10. The place was clean, but the room itself wasn’t very inviting. The staff were short‑staffed yet still helpful given the number of guests. The room felt a bit “cold” and not very warm. The phone in the room didn’t work, and I had to replace a hair dryer because the bathroom outlet was dead.
