I felt cheated; they said they don’t sell rooms online, so I paid directly at a higher price than the app. And the refund was only half, and that took a long time.

The room was fine. I didn’t like that the reception staff told me they had stopped cooperating with OYO, so their listing wasn’t on Booking. It felt like a scam and we had to pay four times the price for the same room. We had little choice, so we accepted it.

“Ne collabore plus avec Booking”

The location is right in the heart of Kaliurang and its activity. The manager tries to be helpful but doesn’t speak a word of English. The place is relatively quiet except for the passing of jeeps with Indonesian tourists. Coffee was offered upon arrival. The reservation was not accepted because the hotel no longer collaborates with online sites, and the price was re-evaluated by the manager, so it didn’t match what was shown. The towels in the bathroom were much too small.
